How sign-in works
When you connect Sole to your Muse, you sign in to Sole in your browser and approve access — the same way you'd connect any app. Your Muse never sees your password. You can disconnect at any time from your Sole account settings.
This uses OAuth, the same standard used by Sign in with Google and similar services.
Sole never texts a client without your confirmation
Before any message goes to a client, Sole shows you exactly what it plans to send and waits for your go-ahead. If you don't confirm, nothing is sent.
This applies whether you're using Muse, the app, or SMS directly.
What data is shared
- Your own business summary — revenue, clients seen, retail sales
- Your goal and pace
- Your clients' first names, weeks since their last visit, and masked phone numbers
- Nothing else — no bulk exports, no last names, no full phone numbers
Data is scoped to your account only. Sole never shares your clients' information with Meta or any third party.
